Your Maine Place is a Maine-based property management company operating mobile home communities, rental homes, and apartments across the state. We are headquartered in Corinna and manage properties from the coast to the county, communities where people have built their lives for generations.
We got into this business because we saw a gap: too many Mainers struggling to find housing that was both affordable and well-managed. Landlords who did not respond. Properties that were not maintained. Residents who felt like numbers on a spreadsheet.
